One Day In The Life Of A Skydiver

We have started a feature "one day in the life of..." and decided to kick it off with Skydiving! And what a way to start it! If you have never skydived, then you hvaen't lived! An unbelievable experience. We went up 11000 feet, and jump out of a plane. During freefall which only lasts aproximately 40 seconds, you reach speeds of up to 200 km/h!!! Once you open up the parachute, its a niced, comfortable and relaxing glide down to Earth.

Check out the pictures from our adventure.

Thanks to SA Skydiving School who accomodated us and showed us an experience of a lifetime. If you want to go skydiving you must do it through these guys! They are simply the best. What is real cool is the fact that you can choose to have the whole experience filmed and have pictures taken of you while you are falling. There are various options to choose from if you feel up to skydiving. You can either choose to do a Tandem Jump (if you really only want to do it once) or you can go for the Accelerated Freefall Course which is a full on training course, so that you can jump on your own.
